How it works

The pneumatic fixing of valve bags is carried out by means of a button or foot switch. Adapters for open-mouth bags or cardboard boxes can be exchanged by means of a handle.
Questions and answers
Two to a maximum of three 25 kg bags can be processed per minute. This corresponds to a quantity of between approx. 3,000 kg and a maximum of 4,500 kg per hour.
The adapters can be loosened and replaced with a single screw.
The programming is very simple and is only necessary once. Password protection secures the system against unwanted changes. The bags are locked in place by pressing a button or foot pedal. The filling process also starts at the touch of a button.
The machine has a small pre-hopper whose flange can be coupled or connected to a range of installations or transport containers e.g. a silo, a suction pneumatic device, an Octabin and many others.
We fill according to the trickle flow principle. The bag is filled with a coarse flow and finely dosed to the desired weight by means of a fine flow. Coarse and fine flow are freely selectable in the control system.
In the standard version, the DC600 is fed the product by gravity, i.e. free-flowing bulk materials and granulates can be optimally processed here.
For powdery bulk materials, an auger feeder is used.
Very simple. The pre-hopper and the valve can be easily and completely reached and cleaned with compressed air or a damp cloth.
